We create career pathways in the financial services industry for Black and Latinx students. We partner with companies to find equitable and inclusive solutions for recruitment, retention, and advancement.

Greenwood Project is an organization that benefits diverse, undeserved students as well as our partner firms’ efforts towards enhanced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Partners agree to invest in our work and hire our students as summer interns. Students receive extensive, paid training and are placed into a financial services internships.
