Our platform is an incubator for minority business owners that leverages the power of real estate to aid in the development of their businesses and enhance their operations, marketing, and branding strategies.

Our unique structure provides for a large institutional platform for minority business owners to leverage our professional knowledge and expertise and act as a springboard for growth and sustainability. Not only can our minority business owners leverage our brand name to gain access to capital and other assets, but they also become an owner and stakeholder in the institution without relinquishing any ownership in their personal venture.

E.G. Woode is considered their real estate partner. Our team works with all of its business owners to secure and develop the brick and mortar space that they need to thrive in underserved neighborhoods. Our model utilizes the income generated from leasing and sales to manage operations and reinvest in minority businesses throughout the country. We purposefully exist to reduce the risk, liability and scarcity of resources for minority owned businesses in economically distressed communities.
