What we do!Dedicated Resources: We allocate substantial resources to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of the Academy. This includes providing experienced instructors, modern infrastructure, and state-of-the-art technology equipment for our students.Comprehensive Curriculum: We are committed to developing a comprehensive and relevant curriculum that covers a wide range of technical subjects, including coding, programming, web development, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Through our partnership with Grow with Google the curriculums are designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Mentorship and Role Models: We recognize the importance of mentorship in nurturing the aspirations of young girls. Therefore, we seek to establish partnerships with successful Latina women in the tech industry who can serve as mentors and role models, inspiring and guiding our students throughout their educational journey.Industry Partnerships and Internships: To bridge the gap between education and employment, we actively work to engage with tech companies and organizations to create internship opportunities for our students. Through these partnerships, we will facilitate real-world exposure and hands-on experiences, enabling our girls to develop practical skills and build valuable networks.Sustainability: We recognize that long-term sustainability is crucial for the success of dev46 Girls Tech Academy. We have a passion to drive economic growth, we intend on duplicating our academy within two years.
